Really great place for exploring the city. Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from a long-standing department store. Good restaurant just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The staff is exceptionally attentive at all the levels. All in all they offer excellent service.

We loved the location right across the public library, perfectly in mid-town. The room service was great and all the amenities were well-maintained and easily accessible. The staff were kind and polite always willing to swiftly help with any request. The room was soundproofed and had air conditioning, which was a major plus for the hot weather we experienced.

The service staff could be a bit difficult to find at times but that's a minor inconvenience for all the great things offered here. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and amenities in this area.

Great overall experience. The hotel was stylish with a great selection of top-class and well-maintained rooms. Stunning and fantastic location very close to the New York Public Library and Bryant Park and the center of Manhattan, and excellent service. Also, easy to catch a cab from. The rooms with high ceiling. Had modern WiFi, USB ports, and closet space.

The property was special with knowledgeable stuff who refused to call up a restaurant on our behalf to enquire for a reservation, I loved the stay. The location was unbeatable and particularly good, for example, Times Square was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. I recently stayed at Andaz for 5 days and it was a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Arron the concierge, were super helpful and went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. The hotel's location was perfect, right across from the stunning New York library. The rooms were spacious and modern with great sound isolation. The view from the room was also impressive. The hotel's concept is minimalistic and clean, which we loved. a wonderful stay and I would definitely return.
